The one time part-time producer lives here. He co founded Aether, an outerwear and gear business. He paid $10M for the Hancock Park property in 2009. This house was previously owned by Bruce Raben, the founder of Hudson Capital Advisors.

This was also the house of the former financier and philanthropist Howard F. Ahmanson Sr. who died in 1968.
Ahmanson was founder of an insurance and savings and loan association, H.F. Ahmanson & Co..
Ahmanson made his fortune during the Great Depression selling fire insurance for property under foreclosure and in the post-war home construction and real estate boom around Los Angeles.
