C-27 or C-130 in Iran?

Shiraz, Islamic Republic of Iran (IR)
is this what i think it is? a C-130/C-27 in Iran? it looks very much like one of these.

did iran get a contract like they did with the f-14, or does russia make an airplane that looks a lot like one of these two aircraft, or did they reverse engineer an american plane like china does?

It´s a C-130 without engines (the two protuberances beeing the underwing fuel tanks I think)... There are many of them at the left of the platform, and also some P-3 ASW aircraft... The iranians have a lot of american aircraft from the Sha era (F-14, F-4, F-5, C-130, P-3, B-747...) and they keep them flying using locally made replacement parts and canibalizing some aircraft... You can also see many Il-76, (including a rare AWACS conversion, probably from Irak).

The Iranian Air Force operates at least 15 C-130E and -H models, as well as a single RC-130.

The above poster is correct, that is the one-off AEW-AWACS Il-76 "ADNAN 1" prototype that was flown to Iran during the 1991 Gulf war.
