That is not a C-60. I use to work on this exact plane at the old Rialto Airport. The plane in that pic is a PV-2 Harpoon. Where it's parked is where our tug real out of gas. That Harpoon sat there for 20 years before it was dismantled and trucked to Chino airport where's it's sat for nearly 5 years now, awaiting restoration.
