Cambridge Market

Cambridge Market is located in Market Hill that is also known as Market Square. A market has operated here since Saxon times. Prior to 1849, the Market Square was filled with buildings and, following a fire, they were cleared away and market stalls were introduced. With the exception of Sundays and a few national holidays the market opens every day.
