Camp X-Ray is in the uper right of the bay. Camp Delta is "five miles away" but I'm not sure where. I think it is just below X-Ray at the extreme East end of the Bay on a tiny peninsula. Pictures taken of the camp show it right on the water. The main base is out on the big peninsula to the SW, the camp would not be out there.

Camp X-ray is closed. The prisoners are kept at Camp Delta. See here for locations:
