200 K.C. ? KC meaning kilocycles i.e. kHz, thereby indicating the frequency of the tower radio.

After that I can make out J ?? 5 M.C. The 5 M.C. would presumably be MHz, indicating a frequency of something else. JIP? JIB? JID?

Use of "K.C." and "M.C." would seem to make it a pretty antiquated marking.
