From www.spiritcitycruises.com:

The Capital Elite is 70 feet long and 18 feet wide. It can accommodate groups of 25-100. The Elite can accommodate a maximum of 84 guests for a plated meal service.

One of the greatest benefits to chartering the Elite is the flexibility in travel. On a typical route, the Elite leaves Pier 4 in Washington DC and travels south on the Potomac River, passing the Army War College, Admirals Row, Ronald Reagan National Airport and historic Old Town Alexandria. The Capital Elite is also able to pick up at designated marinas in the regional area.

The charter fee for the Capital Elite is based on a per hour basis. Depending on the time of the day there can be minimum hour requirements. The charter fee per hour starts from $1000.00. This price does not include your food and beverage costs.
