This was originally the home of Carl Fisher, one of the original first developers of Miami Beach and nearby Fisher Island, later it became the yacht club for Star Island, and is now owned by Stuart Miller, CEO of Lennar Homes.
Miller has submitted plans to demolish the existing structure to make way for a new 22,000 estate.
