A Carthusian Monastery, Charterhouse of the Transfiguration. Carthusian Monks are the most austere and ascetic monks in the world. They live in silence, abstain from meat, and eat only bread and water on Fridays and other holy days. This is the only Carthusian Monastery in the USA.
