Censored military site

Sel’tso, Russian Federation (RU)

Another censored military site. Looks like numerous hangars/buildings, could be used for nuclear warheads or maybe for mobile ICBMs TELs? Part of the site is censored, I would think it is still active, most Russian military perimeters aren't this well maintained. Both these sites look in very good condition.

The angled structures and roads remind me of the Earle Naval Ammunition Depot in New Jersey:

The US site seems bigger, although there is another site just north that also is censored. These 3 sites could be of similar use to the US counter part.
