Charles M. Sander is the former Chairman and CEO of Confio Software, a Boulder, CO-based company which helps organizations leverage their investment in IT infrastructure. Confio is known as the leading database monitoring innovator using response-time analysis, which focuses on improving response-time so users do not wait on their IT systems. Sander was formerly head of new product development for Seagate Technology.
