Charlottesville Fashion Square is the only self-contained shopping mall in the vicinity of the city of Charlottesville, Virginia. It is a regional mall located about one mile (1.6 km) north of the Charlottesville city limits on U.S. Route 29 in Albemarle County. The mall is operated by Simon Property Group and features four primary tenant spaces.

Charlottesville Fashion Square serves as the setting of a multiple homicide by an Islamic terrorist in Tom Clancy's 2003 novel The Teeth of the Tiger. The scene includes accurate references to the mall's contemporary tenant stores, as well as to the University of Virginia.
