I had the small poutine bourguinonne style ($6), which I highly recommend. This was an outstanding plate of poutine. The fries were perfectly crisped, with meaty potato inside. The sauce was from scratch from the grill, with all the expected bits one might require, and had added to it grated beef and onions (bourguinonne style). The cheese curds were minisculistly sweet.
