Johnny's Icehouse West is a state of the art ice hockey facility which opened on February 1, 2010. Located a few blocks west of their home arena, it has since become the official practice facility of the Chicago Blackhawks. Before this rink was built, the Blackhawks practiced at the Edge Ice Arena in Bensenville.

The Johnny's Icehouse East hockey facility is just 1.5 miles east of here. Both facilities offer ice time for school and rec league games, as well as classes for beginner skaters.
