In January 2015, it was reported that Greek billionaire Telis Mistakidis, head of copper at Glencore, bought a duplex at Chesham Place for £46 million in October 2014.
The flat is 5,800 square feet in area, and has a master bedroom suite, four guest bedrooms, a large living area, staff quarters, two underground car parking spaces and a 24-hour concierge.
