The Chrysler 300M filled in the gap left from the Eagle Vision following said division's discontinuation in 1998, continuing the segment's competition against the BMW 5-Series to attract European buyers. Slotted below the LHS and then the Concorde Limited, both models were subsequently replaced by the RWD 300 for the 2005 model year.
