Kim Kardashian's House (formerly owned by Cindy Crawford & Rande Gerber)

Malibu, California (CA), US
Kim Kardashian purchased this 3.2 acre, 4 bedroom and 5.5 bath home from Adam Weiss, a retired hedge fund manager and his actress wife, Barret Swatek for $70.4 Million in September of 2022.

Formerly a six acre estate, former supermodel, Cindy Crawford and her Casamigos Tequila co-founder husband, Rande Gerber kept 2.8 acres of this property (and adjoined that mostly vacant land with their neighboring property to the West that they keep and have maintained as their main residence) in 2018 while selling the remaining 3.2 acre property (including the main house) that lies here to Weiss & Swatek for $45 Million.

The Crawford-Gerbers paid a whopping $50.5 million through their "Triunfo Trust" for the once several-acre oceanfront compound in February 2015, making it the third-highest home sale on record in the city at the time. The estate was sold by "Monticello Properties S.A.", a private overseas corporation owned by Lynda de Logi, the widow of billionaire biochemist Walter de Logi. He sold his first company in 1996 for $750 million and later established Ceres, a publicly-traded biotech firm. He passed away in August 2014.
