Constellation C-121A, 48-0610: Lockheed construction number 2602. This is Eisenhowers first presidetial aircraft, thus it is the first Air Force One. It was based at the Santa Fe, New Mexico Airport until 2004. It is currently being advertized for sale at http://www.firstairforceone.com/index.html
