Cooky and Bozo the Clown

Chicago television station WGN aired the children's program "Bozo's Circus" (later renamed "The Bozo Show") from 1960-2001. It starred Bozo the Clown and various sidekicks. Bozo was performed by Bob Bell from 1960-84 and by Joey D'Auria from 1984-2001. One of the longest lasting sidekicks was Cooky the Cook, who was performed by Roy Brown from 1968-94.

The final show was a 90-minute special which aired on the evening of July 14, 2001.
