To celebrate my 50th breakfast post I decided to take a weekend trip up to the Country Pancake House in Ridgewood, NJ for some manhole cover size pancakes. Yes these are not for the weak at heart nor is the incredible menu with 112 varieties of pancakes, 50 different waffles, dozens of omelette and frittata choices. This is the largest breakfast menu I have seen in the tri-state NY, NJ and CT area and among the largest in the country.
