This sculpture was created by Athena Tacha in the fall of 1981. It is situated at the east end of the UA Mall at 3rd Street and Campbell Avenue.

The 16-foot-high split sheets of steel are bolted to a submerged concrete base and are painted in graduated shades of blue on one side and red on the other.
