D51 Noordsleen is the name given to a Neolithic passage grave located in the Netherlands. The site is one of the many well-preserved passage graves in the country. The site is located in a small wooded area next to a farm track. The remains consist of 6-7 capstones and multiple orthostats that are still partly buried in the remaining parts of the mound.
Another passage grave is located further up the same farm track.
