Home of the Indy Racing League team. During his brief driving career, Coyne founded the team in 1986, and as a car owner, he has typically employed young up-and-coming drivers. NFL Hall of Famer Walter Payton became a partial owner of the team after retiring from the NFL in 1988.

In 2007, the team fielded cars in the Champ Car World Series for Brazil's Bruno Junqueira and England's Katherine Legge. 2008 marked the debut of the team in the IRL, as the Champ Car Series has gone bankrupt.

Coyne celebrated his first ever win in 2009 with England's Justin Wilson dominating the IndyCar race at Watkins Glen.
