This train was going to be delivered to the Danish Railways (DSB) in 2009 but it was missing. Then in 2011 a Danish newspaper heard a story about a train former Italian Prime Minister Berlusconi gave to Libyan President Gaddafi to his 40th. anniversary.
Danish reporters were sent to Libya to see the train made by AnsaldoBreda. The reporters found Danish signs on the train, not Libyan. Only change was the interiour.
Berlusconi wasn't popular for that and Danish Prime Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen criticized him for it.
