The house for Gustave Dann by Davidson was built at 1365 Londonderry according to Davidson's archives. The address has an original permit for Wayne by Lustig, but a new building permit was pulled in 1952. 1365 Londonderry is still standing. I'm not sure what address you have for the Davidson/Dann House is but the archives have it as 1365 Londonderry.

Im checking with the Shulman collection for address as I do find permits with Wayne on them for a pool and other additions. The archive must have the incorrect address. Sorry for the mistake.

Checked with Getty. Davidsons archive has an incorrect address. The correct address is 1369 Londonderry Place. House was demolished in 2014 and new house built 2015. Again apologize for my confusion I will send a correction to the archive.
