Evan Metropoulos's House

This Trousdale Estates mansion was the longtime home of the somewhat-mysterious Lebanese-Nigerian billionaire businessman and diplomat Gilbert Chagoury. He bought the property through his "Inch and Meter Limited" offshore company for $15 million in 1998.

Before Chagoury, this was the longtime home of Danny Thomas, the nightclub comedian and television & film actor, best known for starring in the television sitcom "Make Room for Daddy", or "The Danny Thomas Show", lived here. His daughter Marlo married Phil Donahue here.

In February 2017, it was reported that Evan Metropoulos, brother of Daren Metropoulos, owner of the Playboy Mansion, bought this house for $65 million.
