David John "Dave" Hill is the lead guitar player in the english Glam-Rock band Slade. He and drummer Don Powell are the remaining members of the original band, the other were Jim Lea and Noddy Holder.

He bought the house in the early 70's. and sold it late 70's. when he moved to a farm near Albrighton, Shropshire. He moved to Wolverhampton in mid 1980's.

On the gate left you can still see his initials he got made on the gate to the left. DH in golden letters for Dave Hill.
