David Andes' House

As a General Partner at Newburger-Andes & Co. Inc., David is responsible for all facets of the day to day operations of the Company. This includes the management and leasing of a portfolio of 75 office, retail and industrial properties with a value of over $150 million. He is also extensively involved with the due diligence, underwriting and syndication of all new acquisitions.
