David Duchovny & Tea Leoni's House (former)

This is the previous residence of the 2-time Golden Globe Award-winning television and film actor, perhaps best known for his role as FBI Special Agent Fox Mulder on "The X-Files", and his actress wife. Their current residence (featured on this site) is also up for sale, as they are wanting to move back to New York City. In 1997, their Virgil Rogers Trust paid close to the $2.95 million asking price, the LA Times had reported, for the 2,566 sq ft home. They quietly sold the home in May 1999 for an undisclosed amount.
