Leonardo DiCaprio bought this home in March of 2014 for $5.32 Million. This home was once owned by Dinah Shore. The singer and talk-show host had the house built in 1963, the year she stopped hosting "The Dinah Shore Chevy Show". Local architect Donald Wexler, who designed Palm Springs International Airport in the 1960's, designed the 7,000 sq ft modernist house, which has 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, fireplace, pool and spa on 1.3 acres.

Other previous owners include: Ben Lipps, a doctor, chief executive officer and chairman of the management board of Fresenius Medical Care, the largest dialysis services provider in the world and manufacturer of peritoneal and hemodialysis machines and equipment. And David Lee, producer and screenwriter lived here. He was a writer for the sitcoms "The Jeffersons", "Cheers" and "Wings", as well as being a co-creator and writer for "Frasier".

The home was originally built for singer and actor Dinah Shore. Leonardo DiCaprior reportedly recently purchased the home for $5.23M.
