David Rosen actually owns the home just to the north/east. The home shown in the thumbnail is the home of John Hearne who formed Elizabeth Michaels Associates (Elibeth Michaels Hearne was his wife who passed in 2012), which for 30+ years successfully advised corporate and private clients on significant art acquisitions and site-specific installations for lobbies, plazas and other public spaces, placing the artwork of many established and emerging artists worldwide.
