David Topper is a former managing director of J.P. Morgan. He was the Chairman of the Equity Capital Committee. He was also a member of an elite team of investment bankers, overseen by Joseph R. Perella, the former Vice Chairman, that focused exclusively on drumming up business for the investment bank.
