This is the home and office of the doctor in the Austrian-German TV series Der Bergdoktor (The doctor in the mountains) which runs, among others, on the TV station ZDF. From 1992 to 1997 it ran on Sat.1.

The story short is about a doctor who ran a doctors office in Munich but tried something new and moved to Austria in the Tyrol Alps and has to work on the country side.
