Diana Bennett is CEO and co-founder of Paragon Gaming, a Las Vegas-based resort developer and owner. Her father Bill Bennett was a casino pioneer. In the 1970s, he purchased the then-struggling Circus Circus casino and turned it into a billion-dollar business. He went on to build the Excalibur and the Luxor, today the foundation of the Mandalay Resort Group.

In 2010, Bennett and her company Paragon won the rights to construct a $450 million hotel-casino complex in Vancouver, which will become Western Canada's largest gaming and entertainment resort.
