Purchased in 2013 for $19.7M, Le Château des Palmiers is located on thie Caribbean island of St. Martin. Much like everything else he owns, Trump describes the property as "the best in the world".
The property, mostly used as a rental villa, costing between $6,000 and $28,000 per night, was recently listed for sale for $28M.
