Mr. Holte is President of Irvine Company Office Properties division, with responsibility for performance of the existing 37 million square foot portfolio as well as future investment and development activities.

As the premier office landlord in coastal California, Irvine Company Office Properties is devoted to serving the workspace needs of leading employers across all industries. Prior to his current position, Mr. Holte spent more than two decades as one of four West Coast regional partners for international property company Hines.

A USC and Harvard Business School (HBS) graduate, he was responsible for the development of the first two California office buildings to be certified under the US Green Building Council’s LEED – Core & Shell program.

Mr. Holte’s community involvement has included serving as Board member of the Orange County Community Foundation, Advisory Board member for UCI’s Center for Real Estate, Board Chair for Covenant House of California, and Board member of commercial real estate industry group NAIOP.
