Entertainment complex consisting of the Wendler Arena, Heritage Theater, and Unity Hall. The arena seats 5497 for hockey and 7600 for concerts. The theater can hold 2276 people.

The arena is home to the Saginaw Spirit junior hockey team and the Saginaw Sting indoor football team. Several minor league hockey teams have played here, including the Gears, Generals, Hawks, Wheels, and Lumber Kings.

Built in 1972, it has formerly been known as the Saginaw Civic Center and the Saginaw County Event Center. The Dow Chemical Company has had the naming rights since 2004. A $17 million renovation project was completed in 2003.
