Drew Pritchard is a Welch antique dealer known through the show Salvage Hunters on among others the Discovery Channel.
The house is a former chapel with it's grave yard still in the back garden.
The toilet of the house once belonged to Mick Jagger from The Rolling Stones.
He now lives in Conwy.
