Dror Paley is a Canadian orthopedic surgeon who specialises in limb lengthening procedures. He was the first North American orthopedic surgeon to study with Gavril Ilizarov, and introduced the Ilizarov apparatus to the United States in 1986. In 2009, Dr. Paley opened the Paley Advanced Limb Lengthening Institute located at St. Mary’s Hospital in West Palm Beach, FL.
