Description: Dybbøl Mill is located on a hill west os Sonderborg in the village Dybbøl.

Dybbøl Mill is one of the strongest Danish national symbols.
It lies at Dybbøl Brestwork, built in 1744 and has milled grain until 1990.

During the battles at Dybbøl, 7th-18th April 1864, during the two Schleswigian Wars, the mill was shot in the gravel, but was rebuilt shortly after.

It became a symbol of Danish bravery.
