Description:The home of the annual World Championship Snowmobile Derby is located near where the first patented snowmobile was built in 1927. The derby has been held in this area since 1964.

Two types of races are held here at the World Championships - an oval track race on the half mile circuit and a "snocross" race with jumps and turns like those found in motocross racing. In the summer, snowmobile drag races are held here on a grass surface.
