Ed Sheeran's House

Ed Sheeran's House

Framlingham, United Kingdom (GB)
Ed Sheeran, the English singer-songwriter and musician, owns this property called 'Wynneys Hall' in Suffolk. Locals have dubbed it 'Sheeran-ville' because his compound actually consists of several properties which he's purchased over time. His main house on the estate, a huge modern farmhouse, was purchased in June 2012 for £895,000. Sheeran then went on to purchase the home next door for £450,000, a four bedroom home in front of his farmhouse for £925,000, and a small bungalow next to his property for £525,000. He's made a number of improvements such as: an enormous treehouse with gorgeous country views, hot tub, decking, indoor swimming pool, and a trendy pod by the garden. Sheeran is working on building an underground cinema and music room which will be connected to his main house through an underground tunnel.

Ed Sheeran grew up close to his compound, and in fact his parents still live in the nearby Framlingham. The residents say Sheeran is the 'most down to earth guy you can imagine' and he's been known to have a pint now and again at the bar down his street. He plans to establish roots there with his wife Cherry Seaborn and raise a family.

I would just like to say that the information is just a little misleading as Ed has purchased most estates on the street and ONE of his next door houses. The house on the other side however belongs to a friend of my great aunt who refuses to sell it

They always say Ed lives in Framlingham but this is untrue. I looked up and down Saxtead Road in Framlingham on Google Maps as I wanted to see the latest image of his 'landscaping' and to see what happened since the last photos were taken by the mainstream media. I just couldn't find it so I looked on here, hoping to be guided in closer and I found he lives on Saxtead Road in nearby Dennington. Close, but not close enough.
