This is the house of Edemar Cid Ferreira, a famous Brazilian banker, once head of Banco Santos, and notorious art collector. The house, situated in the upmarket neighbourhood of Morumbi, was designed by Ruy Othake and features a helipad, among other things. Edemar's across-the-street neighbour is the famous billionaire Joseph Safra.
