As of Jan 2015, the property is in the process of being purchased by businessman and pornographer, David Sullivan for £25M. Sullivan will reportedly spend an additional £25M to completely renovate the property.
Formerly the home of Edward Davenport, a British property developer and entrepreneur who is most famous for his acquisition of the former High Commission building of Sierra Leone under questionable circumstances. Davenport hosts high profile celebrity events at his residence, 33 Portland Place.
