Working elephants are quite common in the villages surrounding the park. Within the park rhinos are spotted every 500 yards or so. Saddly, they are also poached for roughly five US dollars.

Tragic story out of Chitiwan National Park today. Three of the rare one-horned rhinos were poached for their horns.
