Ellis Short is a billionaire businessman who made a fortune of more than $2 billion as president of Lone Star Funds, a global investment firm that manages private equity funds worth $24 billion. He is the current owner and chairman of the English Premier League club Sunderland AFC. He owns this home that was #2 on a 2010 list of most expensive homes in the state of Hawaii.
