Elvis Presley rented this estate on 525 Perugia Way in Bel Air on 2 separate occasions. First from 1960 to 1961 and then from 1963 to 1965. On August 27th 1965, The Beatles visited Elvis at this property. The house was demolished in 1988 and the current one was built in 1991.
