Looks a bit like a prison, or muesum, or just a school, but either way definitely an institution.

This is the resort hotel and spa Energetikas... might be worse than a prison for some folks...

I'd love to know how you found that out :)

Well... I don't usually divulge secrets such as these, but...

Started in GE, noticed that the closest named GE town was Schibbe, so I googled Schibbe.

First hit, fallingrain.com, said Schibbe was AKA Šventoji, so I googled that instead.

First hit was for Palangos turizmo informacijos centras, www.palangatic.lt, the adminsitrative district for Šventoji, went there, switched to English, (my Lithuanian not being all it should be...) and poked around.

From the history page found a link to Šventoji, http://www.palangatic.lt/en.php/page.93, where it didn't seem like much was going on, but it did mention:

In 1973 Sventoji was added to Palanga and became the part of resort. Today relaxation houses work there. There are a lot of wooden houses (something similar to camping), health center "Energetikas". 2000 inhabitants live in Sventoji. In summertime a lot of Lithuanians with families arrive to rest here.

So I googled Energetikas, found their site, http://www.energetikas.lt/ which displayed a pretty nice aerial shot of the complex, and violá, ID had been made.

That was a pretty smooth ID... all in all...

Hmm. GE was quite useful. I'd tried about the same, using Ymaps, but didn't come up with that much detail.

This health centre "Energetikas" was established in 1966. Nowadays we can say, that it is one of the architecture monument.

Besides Energetikas is newly renovated health centre, whitc is only a few steps away from the Baltic Sea.

There are more than 200 well-equipped rooms with balcony in various categories, some of which offer beautiful sea views.

It's a setting in 'Tsar' by Ted Bell. A prison built over a nuclear dump.
