Enric Rovira Chocolates

Gaudi provided Enric Rovira with his breakthrough as several of his first chocolates were modeled after the mosaic creations of the famous Catalan architect. Today the chocolatier himself promotes young artistic talent such as the upcoming design duo Ana Mir and Emili Padrós with whom he recently collaborated. Rovira believes that the visual appeal of chocolate is just as important as how it tastes and approaches his work with the maxim ‘the eye eats too.’
