Eric Cherry owns Let It ride Stables, a communication business named I-Bill which is an internet billing company, the racing website ongait.com, as well as several comedy clubs.
Cherry famously put an ad in Variety offering for his previous home on nearby Byrd Beach to be used and destroyed in a movie. The home was used in Michael Bay's Bad Boys II.
